THE LIBRARY
The InterNACHI Narrative Library is a huge collection of home inspection narratives. With over 2,200 unique headings and subheadings it dwarfs any other narrative library available anywhere.

The Library is available as a series of folders organized by home system. The MS Word documents contain narratives that can be copied and pasted into any inspection software regardless of file format.

The library also includes 40,000+ words of reference material, including:

Its use is limited to inclusion in my inspection reports provided to paying or non-paying clients as part of my business as an inspector or consultant as related to real property only. 

I understand that the Author hereby authorizes this product to be shared for use with no more than five (5) of my employee inspectors solely for the purpose of providing written reports to my clients. This permission does not extend inspectors associated with my business by contract but who are not my employees. 

I understand that Author has granted me limited permission to edit Narrative Library content as needed to more closely conform to the manner in which I prefer to share the results of my inspection with my clients. 

I understand that the Narrative Library is not to be shared, distributed, republished, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, for any purpose other than inclusion in my inspection reports and the limited permissions granted above without the prior written permission of the Author.
