Maryland 72-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
To become a licensed home inspector in Maryland, an individual must:
- complete a 72-hour on-site home inspector training course that is approved by the Commission (see Maryland's approval of our live class); and
- provide an examination score report verifying successful completion of the National Home Inspector Examination (You may want to practice with InterNACHI's Online Inspector Exam).
